How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Becomewill Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If you were not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Report
You can contact us about:
- How Becomewill Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Becomewill Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@becomewill.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you would like
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. You will get a reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
